Tracey, this has take me SOOO long to get around to typing - but we are so so happy with our new carpet. Literally not a day goes by when I don’t get a buzz out of having it in the house. It has made a massive transformation to the old place and now with the winter weather we are also really appreciating the extra insulation/warmth that it provides (we also reckon that there is less noise transmitted between the upstairs and downstairs).
I LOVE the colour and we get many many compliments about it. So thank you to you and your team for your awesome professional help and advice.
